The second annual "Harvest Moon Ball" is a fundraising event to promote and sustain health and wellness programs (including Meals on Wheels) for senior citizens. Shelly Smithwick and Gloria Gooding stopped by the KIII-TV studio.
This year's black tie event is Saturday, October 6 from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at the Corpus Christi Town Club. Hors d'oeuvres and cocktails will be served. There will be also be dancing and a silent auction.
Individual tickets are 75 dollars. Reserved tables for 8 are 600 dollars. For more information, call: 361-826-3150.
