A Port Arthur man Monday entered a guilty plea for a July 2011 Port Arthur nightclub shooting.
20-year-old Cederic Robinson is one of two men who were charged in the crime. He entered a guilty plea Monday before Judge John Stevens, admitting to 2 counts of aggravated assault.
Robinson received 5-years for each charge.
According to 12News HD file stories, Robinson and DeJuan James, 24, were involved in a fight at Da Spot nightclub located in the 200 block of Sixth Street in Port Arthur. During the fight, shots were fired and 3 people were injured.
Minutes later, police say a drive-by shooting was reported at Robinson's home the 5,100 block of 7th Street.
James was taken into custody shortly after the drive-by shooting. Robinson turned himself in to police the next morning.
