Driver Cited in SUV Rollover Near Crosstown Expressway

A rollover accident near the Crosstown Expressway left two people shaken up, and the driver of the vehicle facing several citations.
The accident happened around 10 a.m. Tuesday, on the access road near Morris and Crosstown. The driver told authorities that his throttle locked up on him, and as he tried to fix it, he lost control of his sport utility vehicle and rolled it over.
Fortunately, the driver and his female passenger were not injured. The driver has been cited for driving on a suspended license and having no insurance. His vehicle was impounded.
