(KCEN) -- It's no surprise that universities consider race as part of the admissions process, including the University of Texas.

But that will be challenged before the U.S. Supreme Court tomorrow.

Abigail Fisher says she was rejected from UT primarily because she is white.

The case challenges admission policies saying they violate the rights of white applicants.

Fisher's case could come down to whether a majority on the bench believes affirmative action is no longer necessary.
