CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

Tuesday, Oct. 9, is the last day to register to vote in this year's upcoming November elections.

Mailed registration forms need to be postmarked with today's date, but you can also visit your local Voter Registrar's office at 901 Leopard St., Suite 301.

For those who are registered to vote in a precinct outside of Nueces County, you can apply to vote by mail. A completed and signed application must be submitted by Oct. 30. The application can be submitted by mail or in person at the main early voting polling location.

To be eligible for a ballot by mail, you must be 65 years or older, be disabled, be out of the county on election day and during the period for early voting by personal appearance, or be confined in jail, but otherwise eligible. To request an application for ballot by mail, click here.
