Police Arrest Stepmother of Six-Year Old Drowning Victim

CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

Corpus Christi police have arrested 47-year old Laura Day and have charged her with endangering a child.

Day is the stepmother of six-year old Taylor Syring, who drowned in the surf last Friday near Bob Hall Pier. The Corpus Christi Police Department said the investigation in this case is continuing.
