Man Arrested on Third DWI Charge

CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

According to police, 63-year old Pedro Figirova was pulled over on Ayers last Saturday morning after they noticed his vehicle was swerving.

Following a field sobriety test and a breathalyzer test, he was charged with driving while intoxicated on his third offense. That is a third-degree felony, punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
