JIM WELLS COUNTY (Kiii News) -
A three-month old baby boy is fighting for his life at Driscoll Children's Hospital after being found unresponsive Thursday morning in Jim Wells County.
The sheriff's department said the baby's father is responsible. Mark Anthony Guerra has been charged with injury to a child causing serious bodily harm.
On Thursday morning, the Jim Wells County Sheriff's Department received a call from a residence along County Road 470 about an unresponsive child. The child was taken to Christus Spohn in Alice and later to Driscoll Children's Hospital.
