Police are on the lookout for a suspect that shot a man over sunglasses Wednesday evening.
The incident took place in the Port and Mary area. The 26-year old victim told police that he was walking down the street when a man confronted him about his sunglasses. The suspect brandished a gun and shot the victim in the groin.
The victim was taken to Christus Spohn Memorial and is expected to be fine.
The suspect was described as a light complected Hispanic male, about 24 years of age, who stands between five-foot eight and five-foot nine and weighs about 160 pounds.
