Qualifications No prior experience necessary; employer willing to consider and train the right candidate.  Must possess a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED).  Sixty (60) hours credit from an accredited college or university preferred, but not required.  Two (2) years relevant work experience may be substituted for college credit.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred, but not required.  Current Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS) knowledge preferred, but not required.  Ability to listen to clients, interview effectively to ascertain pertinent information, and communicate with clients and staff effectively and professionally required.
