Corpus Christi (Kiii Sports) Friday Night Sports Blitz part II-

The Calallen Wildcats continued their late season surge with a dominating 49-7 win at Beeville. The 'Cats now have won four straight since losing at Port Lavaca. The loss eliminated Beeville from any chance of advancing to the playoffs.

Sinton and West Oso met tonight in yet another key district game. The Pirates needed to win out to keep their 30-3A title hopes alive, while West Oso was hoping to keep its playoff math alive. This one turned out to be surprisingly one-sided as the Pirates shutdown and shut out the Bears 45-0 on their home field.

Ingleside continued its march through District 30-3A with a solid win over injury-ravaged Rockport. The Mustangs tuned up for next week's showdown with Orange Grove by sinking the Pirates 41-0.
