ALICE (Kiii Sports) - The Three Rivers Lady Bulldogs didn't show any rust from their bye as they dispatched the Ben Bolt-Palito Blanco Lady Badgers 3-1 (24-26,25-16, 25-20,25-19) Saturday in the area round of the high school volleyball playoffs.

The Lady Bulldogs will now face Kenedy in the region quarters after they swept Benavides 3-0.

The London Lady Pirates also had their first season of varsity play come to an end with a 3-0 loss to Yorktown.
