Man Arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

Police were called to a local night club just after midnight after reports of a fight with a man armed with a gun.

Martin Figueroa, Jr., 23, was arrested when off-duty officers working security at McCaws found out about the fight.

Figueroa ran from the parking lot when police got there. They caught up with him at a near by Whataburger, and he was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and faces up to 20 years in jail if convicted.
