Qualifications One (1) year prior experience as a truck driver of heavy or tractor-trailer equipment and/or an operator of hoist and winch equipment required. Must possess a valid Class A - Commercial driver's license.  Must be available to drive within a 150 mile radius of Alice, Texas as necessary; will be home in the evenings on a daily basis.  Candidate must be able to safely operate levers, pedals and throttles in order to stop, start and regulate speeds of hoist or winch drums in response to hand, bell, buzzer, telephone, loud-speaker or whistle signals or by observing dial indicators or cable marks as required.  Employer will conduct drug screening and pre-employment background check.  Employer will consider a candidate with previous felonies, depending on the offense.

Qualifications Four (4) years prior experience as a welding, soldering and/or brazing machine setter, operator or tender required.  High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.  Must be available to work 60 to 70 hours per week as needed.  Candidate must be able to layout, fit and weld fabricated, cast and forged components to assemble structural forms such as tanks, pressure vessels, furnace shells and building and bridge parts.  Must be able to pass a STIC or FLUX plate test.
