Two people have been arrested after abducting a woman at convenience store north of Rockport on Friday.
The incident took place at the Speedy Stop located on Highway 35. The victim told police she was pumping gas when a woman approached her, claiming that her boyfriend's truck had broken down. The victim agreed to give them a ride.
During that ride, the man pulled a shotgun and told the woman to pull over. She was kicked out of the truck, and the suspects drove off. They were later caught in Calhoun County.
Ruben Benidamonde, 19, and his 17-year old girlfriend, have been charged with armed robbery.
