Suspect Arrested in Stabbing Death of Aransas Pass Man - KiiiTV3.com South Texas, Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend

Aransas Pass police have arrested a 46-year old man who is now facing a murder charge. Jose Oronigo was arrested just after midnight in connection with the stabbing death of 60-year old Alfred Garza.

Police were called out to Garza's home along the 900 block of North Commercial Street in Aransas Pass after an argument broke out between the two men. Witnesses told police that the argument escalated and led to the stabbing death of Garza.

Oronigo tried to get away, but was taken into custody near the scene.
