CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

Police are still looking for the suspects involved in late night drive-by shooting that sent two teens to the hospital.

The shooting happened at a home on the corner of Texan Trail and Casa Bonita at around 10:15 p.m. Thursday.

Investigators said a 14-year old girl and 16-year old boy were both outside when a black four-door vehicle drove by and fired several shots at them, striking them in the legs. Both were taken to the hospital and are expected to recover.

Officers found at least 12 shell casings on the street. However, police do not believe the shooting appears gang related.
