Motorcycle Crash Causes Lane Closures on Crosstown - KiiiTV3.com South Texas, Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend

Sunday afternoon, at least one person was transported to the hospital with life threatening injuries after a motorcycle crash on Crosstown Expy near Leopard Street exit.

Authorities tell 3 News the motorcyclist was launched off the overpass after hitting a sign along the freeway. The bike skidded about 75 yards before coming to a stop.

Portions of 286 South from Corpus Christi to Portland are closed.
