CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -
The temperatures outside may not reflect that it's the holiday season, but that doesn't matter; on Wednesday night, jolly ol' St. Nick took time from his duties in the North Pole to pay some special kids a visit.
Santa Claus took part in the lighting of the Driscoll Children's Hospital Christmas tree. He arrived at the hospital just after 6 p.m. The W.B. Ray High School holiday band provided entertainment.
This is the 19th year for the holiday event at Driscoll.
