Traffic Unit Investigators have notified
the next of kin of the victim from last night's hit-and-run crash. The
victim was Mitchell Glenn Downs, a 23-year-old resident of Lumberton.
Investigators have also determined that
security cameras from adjacent businesses captured video of the
incident. We are looking for a dark-colored pickup truck that has new
front-end damage that resulted from striking Mr. Downs.
