In Live Oak County, a 42 year old man is dead after the 18-wheeler he was driving slams into concrete embankment.  The accident happened Friday on I-37 at mile marker 69 just north of Highway 72 in Live Oak County.  DPS investigators say the driver, 42-year old Miguel Rivera Junior from Corpus Christi may have fallen asleep at the wheel causing his rig to swerve into the median and then crash into a concrete embankment.  The fuel tank ruptured causing the entire rig to go up in flames.  Interstate 37 was shut down for two hours as crews cleared the wreckage.
