Police Arrest 3 Men for Abduction of 11-Year Old Girl

CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) - Corpus Christi Police have arrested three men for the abduction of an 11-year old girl from the 6900 block of Braesvalley Drive back on December 28, 2012.

CCPD obtained arrest warrants for 17-year old Eric Dimick, 18-year old Jacob Musich and 18-year old Colton Visor. They were arrested around 4:00 am Sunday morning. The Chevy Suburban, which belonged to Musich, was impounded.

The kidnapping happening around 7:20 Thursday night in the 6900 block of Braesvalley Dr. near High Meadow Dr. The 11-year old girl was riding her bicycle with a 13-year old boy when a red 4-door SUV drove up to the girl. One of the men got out of the SUV, grabbed the girl and forced her into the vehicle. The 13-year old boy then released his dog and the dog attacked the man in the SUV. 

That is when the SUV took off. Corpus Christi Police spread across the city's southside in search of the girl. The search stretched all the way to Padre Island.

Around 8:30pm Thursday night, the suspects released the girl on the beach. Police say she then walked to Seapines and Park Road 22, and flagged down a motorist for help. After being taken to Driscoll Children's Hospital, the girl was released to her family.

All three men are facing charges of Aggravated Kidnapping, a 1St degree felony offense punishable by up to 99 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.
