Three People Struck by Vehicle on New Year's Day in Alice - KiiiTV3.com South Texas, Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend

Three people are recovering in the hospital after being run over by a truck on New Year's Day in Jim Wells County.

The incident occurred just after 12:30 a.m. at the 900 block of Range Street in Alice. The Jim Wells County Sheriff's Department said the man behind the wheel was 27-year old Roberto Ynfante.

Ynfante was charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and is currently in custody. His bond is set at $150,000.
