Hoggie Days at TAMUK to Kick Off Spring Semester

KINGSVILLE (Kiii News) -

Hoggie Days 2013 began Monday at Texas A&M University-Kingsville, ushering in new students to the Javelina family with new student orientation for the spring semester.

The university says it is a time for students to come and take a look at the campus right before classes start next week.

On Monday, students registered for classes, met one-on-one with financial aid and academic advisors, and got their meal plans squared away. School officials say Hoggie Day is an opportunity for students to hit the ground running.
