Crime Stoppers: Violent Assault of a 15-Year Old

Corpus Christi Police Department investigators need your help solving a violent crime that took place in December of 2012.

It was around 1:20 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, when officers investigated a violent crime at an apartment complex in the area of Airline and Holly.

A 15-year old girl was in her apartment alone when a man knocked at the door and asked to use the bathroom. The girl opened the door and the man forced his way inside. He then assaulted the 15-year old girl, causing serious injury.

The girl worked with a police forensic artist to develop a sketch of the attacker.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, standing about five-foot seven inches tall and weighing about 250-300 pounds. He appeared to be about 25-30 years of age.
