The Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority has received its annual review, and it looks like it passed with flying colors. On Wednesday, the RTA board received its yearly audit, in which the organization finds out if they are keeping up with state guidelines or not. It appears they are. With a continuing effort to transition from gasoline to compressed natural gas, the RTA is making efforts to make that process a little easier for them and for customers."I love to be able to produce a product out there that people love to ride on, that's clean, safe, reliable," said Scott Neeley of the RTA. "That's really what our goal is."Within the next five or six years, the RTA expects all of their fleets to be running on compressed natural gas.
