Man Taken into Custody After Standoff with Police

CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

One man is in police custody after a brief standoff with officers on Wednesday.

It all happened at around 4:30 p.m. in the 4900 block of Holmes near McArdle. Initial reports said that a man was armed with a handgun and was threatening officers.

Police were able to arrest the man after officers used Taser weapons on him.
