Renovations Begin at New Shops at La Palmera

CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

Initial renovations have started on the Shops at La Palmera with demolition work underway.

The property was purchased last April by Trademark Property and Institutional Mall Investors. The project is expected to take on its new look by the end of 2013.

The center will remain open during construction, with several existing tenants still in place. An announcement about new tenants is expected by next week.
