CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

Earlier this week, it was discovered that a former State School employee was indicted for allegedly allowing two residents to fight each other.

Tyesha Floyd, 30, turned herself in shortly after initial reports aired on Tuesday. She was indicted by a grand jury on a charge of causing or allowing injury to a disabled person.

The incident reportedly happened after the infamous fight club videos in July of 2009.

Floyd posted a $5,000 bond and has hired an attorney. She no longer works at the state supported living center.
