Corpus Christi (Kiii Sports) - Less than three weeks after surviving a double-overtime game against CCISD rival King, the Carroll Tiger girls were back on court with the Mustangs- this time at King.
Home court proved to be a disadvantage, however, as Carroll put the defensive pressure on early and often as they rolled to a surprisingly lopsided 71-32 win against King.
The victory clinches second place in District 28-5A for Carroll. Cibolo Steele, which beat the Lady Tigers twice earlier in the season, wrapped up the district title earlier this week.
