Couple Ties the Knot in Front of Shark's Mouth on North Beach

Posted: Updated:
CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

Talk about taking the plunge. On Monday, one couple tied the knot in the most unusual of places: in front of the giant shark's mouth on North Beach!

Chris Waters and Megan Denton got married Monday afternoon in front of a souvenir shop near the USS Lexington. The two chose the spot because they felt the shark's mouth was a great symbol of Corpus Christi, and they figured no other couple has ever tied the knot there.

The two have been together for six years. Kiii News certainly wishes them the best of luck.
