Man Threatens to Leap from Harbor Bridge - KiiiTV3.com South Texas, Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend

Traffic was tied up on the Harbor Bridge after emergency crews responded to a man threatening to jump.

It happened around 1 p.m. Wednesday. Police on scene said the man climbed off the walk way and onto the rails. He was distraught and said he intended to jump.

It took a police negotiators about 45 minutes to convince the man to step away from the railing to get some help.
