Islander Women's Tennis Team Goes National

Corpus Christi (kiii sports)- First the first time ever, the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi women's tennis team has been ranked nationally. In what could be a season full of firsts, the women's team is a perfect 8-0.

Sandra Burges, the current Southland Conference Player of the Week, has yet to lose a set this season. The Islanders get a rare week off to enjoy their #60 ranking before heading to Northwestern State on March 9th.
