After a year long investigation, seven Corpus Christi residents have been indicted for allegedly selling counterfeit DVDs and CDs.

Of the seven that were indicted, six were arrested and one remains on the loose. That person is said to be 31-year old Joe Cruz Hernandez.

Among those arrested was the owner of the local satirical tabloid "The Vent," 32-year old William Joseph Henneberger, along with his wife, 32-year old Ruth Henneberger.

Investigators found 58,000 pirated DVDs and CDs along with computers and DVD duplicators. The defendants face up to five years behind bars if convicted. All those arrested will appear before a judge Friday.
