A 22 year old Zavion Hall is behind bars after he robbed several residents at gun point. Police say he also crashed a stolen truck into a police car. According to police he approached several residents at their home with a handgun and demanded money. Hall first went to a home on the 3800 block of Panama at around 6:50 this morning. He approached the home owner with a gun and asked for cash. He drove off and later did the same thing on the 2900 block of Santa Ana at around 7:40. Then he struck again at 7:56 am at another home on the 6100 block of Camway Drive. Right after the third burglary a police officer saw a man driving a black Toyota that matched the suspect description. He tried to pull the truck over but the suspect took off. Police pursued Hall until they reached the 5200 block or Richtcher. Hall jumped out of the truck and ran. The truck was left in drive, and continued on its path until it struck a CCPD patrol car. Hall was later arrested on the 5200 block of Larcade Drive. The officer in the car received minor injuries from the crash. Hall faces several charges including aggravated robbery, evading arrest and possession of marijuana.
