New Computers Link Moody Students to Future Careers

CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

Some Moody High School students were looking at future careers Wednesday, courtesy of a brand new tool.

"This is the beginning of the Moody Career Club," said Dr. Ridge Hammons of the Hammons Education Leadership Program. "We are going to install the touch screen that has a lot of different visits to various employment opportunities around the Coastal Bend."

The touch screen, provided with the help of Grande Communications and the Hammons Education Leadership Program, or HELP, allows students to virtually search through hundreds of jobs at dozens of workplaces here in the Coastal Bend.

The touch screen has already proved to be very successful in getting students started in their future careers.
