After two were found dead in a home after a fire on the 400 block of Military in Flour Bluff on Thursday, it seems likely that police will be investigating it as a homicide.
While there has been no official ruling from the Nueces County Medical Examiner's Office, police are saying that initial indications point to a murder suicide.
A female victim that was found in the home had a gunshot wound to the head, which police say was inflicted before the fire, and was not self inflicted. They also said that evidence indicates that a male victim was alive during the fire and was killed during that blaze.
