Police closed part of SPID early this morning after a 4 vehicle accident. It happened on Hwy 358 westbound near Weber just after two this morning. According to police, the 19-year old driver in a blue pick up truck lost control and hit another vehicle from behind. Another car swerved to avoid the accident and ran in to another vehicle. A total of seven people were involved in the accident. Three of them were hurt. The 19-year old who was at fault was taken to the hospital. Police say that driver will get a ticket for failure to control speed.
