In Brooks County, Falfurrias detectives are looking for a shooter wanted for killing a 26-year old man.

Witnesses say a maroon truck pulled up along side another truck and opened fire.

Omar Rivas was shot in the neck.

Halo-flight took Rivas to the hospital where he died.

Investigators say they are looking for Juan Cervantes -- a man in his early 20s.
