Man Crashes into Fence, Barely Misses House - KiiiTV3.com South Texas, Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend

A 50-year old man is recovering after he struck a fence narrowly missing a house.

The crash happened around 2:30 a.m. Friday on Alameda near University Drive.

Investigators say the driver reached for something on the floor of his white car when he lost control, plowed through a bus stop bench and crashed into a fence.

The 50-year old suffered minor injuries.

He was cited for failure to maintain control.
