Driver Crashes into Bus Stop Bench, Fence on Alameda

CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

A driver reaching for something on his floorboard lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a fence on Alameda Thursday night.

It happened around 2:30 a.m. on Alameda, near University Drive. The 50-year old driver plowed through a bus stop bench and then ran into a fence. He suffered minor injuries.

The driver was cited for failure to maintain control.
