Officer Arrests One of Nueces County's Most Wanted Fugitives

CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

A Corpus Christi police officer walking his beat came across one of Nuece County's most wanted on Monday morning.

Officer Gilbert Cantu of the Corpus Christi Police Department noticed Guadalupe Bazaldua stumbling on the 3800 block of Wine Court. When he asked if the man was hurt or intoxication, he noticed that Bazaldua fit the bill of one of the county's top ten most wanted fugitives.

Bazaldua was arrested for having an outstanding warrant for burglary of a habitation.
