Posted: Updated:
WEBB COUNTY (Kiii News) -

According to the affidavit, late last month, investigators with the Webb County Sheriff's Department searched the home of the teacher in question in Los Realitos, in Duval County,

The teacher taught at Bruni High School in Webb County and is alleged to have had an inappropriate relationship with 16-year-old Oscar Ramos of Mirando City.

According to the affidavit, Oscar's older brother and his mother arrived home from their grocery business around 9 p.m. on February 20th and found Oscar hanging from the shower curtain rod.

That night, Oscar's mother told investigators that he had a picture of a naked teacher from his school on his cell phone.

The affidavit goes on to say that she had discovered the photo two weeks before his death.

The affidavit also states that a friend told investigators that Oscar had a sexual relationship with the teacher and that Oscar showed cell phone pictures of the teacher; one with her baby, another in her underwear and bra, another holding a rifle while in in her underwear, and one completely nude.

The affidavit also states that on February 18th, two days before the student's suicide, a school coach reportedly caught Oscar and the teacher together in a classroom alone as Oscar was hugging the teacher.
