DUVAL COUNTY (Kiii News) -

A cell tower is attracting a ton of vultures in San Diego, and one resident said she has had enough.

The resident said that the birds are leaving droppings all over her property, and she said a noise mechanism that is being used to scare the vultures away is instead scaring her and her family.
