Car falls from fifth level of San Antonio parking garage

A driver Tuesday plunged off the fifth level of a San Antonio parking garage.

Police say the 19-year-old was racing another driver in the parking garage when he crashed through a concrete barrier. The car fell nearly 50-feet and landed upside down.

The driver survived and was taken to the hospital.

Police say charges against both drivers are pending.
