CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

Three teens accused in the kidnapping and sexual assault of an 11-year old girl were in court Thursday to be officially arraigned on their charges.

Kiii News Reporter Brian Burns went Live from the Nueces County Courthouse with the details.

17-year old Eric Demic, 18-year old Jacob Musich and 18-year old Colton Visor pled not guilty to charges of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault of a child.

The incident in question happened in December, when the three were accused of taking an 11-year old girl as she was riding her bike on the city's southside. According to an arrest affidavit, the girl was raped and later released at the beach.

Because of a gag order, no one was allowed to talk about the case on Thursday, but earlier this year, Prosecutor Kim Gonzalez talked about the horrific nature of the case.
