CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

Folks at the Ronald McDonald House received the gift of a good night's sleep on Monday.

Tempurpedic donated 50 beds, equal to almost $120,000 worth of bedding material, to the Ronald McDonald House Monday.

"It's a great day at the Ronald McDonald House," said Mark Avelar, executive director of the Ronald McDonald House. "Tempurpedic has donated all new mattress and foundations for the 25 rooms that we provide for our families here."

The company has been a national donor to the organization for years. Volunteers from the Corpus Christi Fire Department, McDonalds restaurants, Embassy Suite Hotels and Cintas all helped move in the new beds.
