A scary Easter morning for a family on the southside of Corpus Christi. An argument breaks out and a family member runs over several people. This all happened on 4900 block of Concord. According to police a 26 year old man was assaulting family members and then ran a few of them over with his car. Neighbors say it was a scary scene to witness. Police arrested 25 year old Hector Perez. According to police and witnesses, Perez was trying to take his baby's mother with him. The family was trying to get him to leave the house because they suspected that he was under the influence of synthetic marijuana. He's also accused of beating up a grandmother at the home. Police say he wasn't content until the baby's mother finally got into the car. She went with him to try and stop him from hurting anybody else. Perez took off. He fled the scene but police were able to catch up with him on the 4800 block of Delwood. When police tried to arrest him, his brother 21 year old Adrian Perez tried to interfere with police. He was also arrested.
