4th Annual Sparkling City Humane Gala "Luau"

CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

There is a non-profit working to end euthanizing animals at local shelters in Corpus Christi. Saturday night, the 4th Annual Sparkling City Humane Gala kicked off in "Luau" fashion.

Organizers with PAAC, People Assisting Animal Control, put on the 4th Annual Humane Gala at the Soloman Ortiz Center.

The event featured a great evening of entertainment, food and plenty of fun. There were over 140 auction items, a blackjack table and even dancers.

The event benefits PAAC and THLN. This year's emcees were 3 News First Edition anchors Jane Monreal and Kristin Diaz.
