CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

According to a police affidavit, 32-year old Jacob Crow, now in jail, is now facing a murder charge after he admitted to friends that he strangled a man to death.

The document also says crow told one of his sisters that the man, 70-year old Charlie Noack was already dead when he went into his apartment.

The apartment is in the 2400 block of Nemec Street right behind the Bill Miller's restaurant on Ayers.

Crow reportedly told his friends that he took the victim's keys and his car. When they pressed him for more information, he reportedly admitted to murdering Noack saying he strangled him with a water hose.

Noack was said to have offered Crow a place to stay temporarily.

Crow remains behind bars.
